Breathing new life into the Chester County Chamber.

Goals

Re-launch cccbi.org with a fresh look and tons of new features for members.

Solution

The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry is business chamber in Chester County, PA. Worked with Durkan Group on this project. They took care of design, content population and project management. From the design PSDs I based the majority of site on WordPress and built some administrative and ecommerce features in a separate application that runs side by side with WordPress. We integrated the site with the chambers CRM (SBA) which allows site administrators to publish member and event data to the website. Other important upgrades were:

Event registration system

Member Dashboard where members can login and make edits to their profile page, publish member to member deals, submit news and view traffic data on their profile page and banner advertising

Banner advertising that integrates with Google Analytics for tracking traffic

New Name, Same Great deals over at OCKB.

Goals

Merge two existing stores, Wetsuit Gear and Kite Gear, into one.

Solution

Ocean City Kiteboarding (OCKB) is an online store that sells kiteboarding equipment, wetsuits and drysuits for all sorts of needs. Both of the previous stores I had setup on the Magento ecommerce platform. So this was a matter of creating a third store for OCKB and then redirecting the two other stores to OKCB. Magento made this fairly easy especially when it came to redirecting old links to the new site. Because of the shared CMS and product database that the Magento platform provides all the old urls are the same for the new site (no broken links yay).

Goals

New look and feel, move it to WordPress Multisite (two other sites in the mix), product catalog, dealer search and Facebook app templates.

Solution

NeoSport Wetsuits is a division of the Henderson Sports Group. The site was on an old and outdated CMS and needed a total refresh. Design was created by Neon Monk. I was handed PSDs and took everything from there. WordPress Multisite ended up be a perfect platform as Henderson also has two other divisions, Hyperflex and Henderson Wetsuits, with their own websites. Custom post types in WordPress worked great for creating the product catalog and Series/Category matrix. For their dealer search I created a separate application (runs under wordpress login) for them to manage their dealers across all divisions. Search part uses Google Maps API to geocode addresses and run radius searches. I also made some WordPress templates so that promo pages could be created for Facebooks new iframe applications. That way they can run promos that collect data (ex. constant contact forms). Best part is that the client can edit everything themselves!

Goals

New design, move to WordPress and make ready to sell products.

Solution

Peter Kate is a boutique in Greenville, DE. Their site had been on a hosted ecommerce platform and wasn’t meeting their needs. We opted to go with WordPress combine with the Shopp plugin for ecommerce. The Shopp plugin integrates easily in to a WordPress template and the client can add products, categories, promo codes and manage orders. Design was taken from a template and then I customized it using some graphical elements supplied by the client.

Goals

New design and faux ecommerce back-end.

Solution

Created new look and feel for kramerdrive.com along with a fully functional product catalog that allows customers to browse while dealers can login and submit orders. The ecommerce application is built along side WordPress. Includes features such as tier pricing, related products, customizable product options (including user input fields) dealer search, product search, order management and store reporting. With some jQuery and ajax (using jQuery) laid over top, it is pretty sweet.

Goals

Move current site to WordPress platform and re-design the look and feel of pyramidregroup.com.

Solution

Going off a template, the previous sites content was brought into WordPress. I made heavy use of custom post types and metabox’s to enable the client to create highly customized pages. WordPress’s multisite feature was use to create several small sub-sites on separate domains. These are targeted to increase search engine visibility towards specific markets and regions.
